Are you agree withe follpwing African proverb: “Let the young man in his desperation go out and hunt. If he kills the elephant, his poverty ends; if the elephant kills him, his poverty ends.”

I think this is proverb is only half right because if the elephant kills him. Then of course , he wouldn't have to worry about poverty anymore.because he's dead. But if he kills the elephant , he would be obviously fed and nourished for a fine moment but only until the elephant is all gone, then he would have to go back to living in poverty once again .
