Support with Changes: I agree the population needs to be controlled, but the HOA should use more "humane" lethal methods, such as professional sharpshooters, instead of nets.
Oppose / Seek Alternatives: I am against killing the deer. The HOA should invest in non-lethal alternatives like immuno-contraception (fertility control) or relocation.
Full Support: The overpopulation is a safety hazard for drivers and causes significant property damage; lethal culling is the most effective solution.
